Village Green Apartments

(Westgate Manor)

A large garden apartment project sponsored by Edward Lotery and Roy I. Psaty of New York, with McMurray & Schmidlin as architects, will be started within a few weeks on West Market Street in Akron, Ohio, to help meet the wartime housing demand there. 

 The project has been financed with an FHA-insured mortgage loan of $1,899,200 made by the Union Central Life Insurance Company, and negotiated by Edward F. Lyman of New York.
